Masters Intensive

with Ryan & Patricia, Anthony & Victoria

Sunday 10-11:30pm. $30. No weekend or day pass required.

Join us for an exclusive 90-minute intensive designed to spotlight and honor our masters couples—those who have not only achieved the highest levels in competition but have also shaped the very foundation of country couples dancing. This special class offers you the rare opportunity to go beyond the surface and dive into the details that truly elevate your dancing—technique, connection, styling, and partnership. With guidance from not one, but two masters couples, you’ll gain insight into what it takes to grow as a dancer and what judges and instructors alike look for at the highest level.

This intensive isn’t just a chance to refine your skills—it’s a moment to be inspired. Our goal is to bridge generations of country couples dancing by learning from those who paved the way, while also providing today’s champions with a platform to share their voice. If you’re looking to take your dancing to the next level, support top-tier talent, and be part of something meaningful, this is a class you won’t want to miss.

About Kayla

Line Dance Instructor & Rock Star

Hi, I’m Kayla! I’m proud to be the 2017 USLDCC Overall Runner-Up and 1st Place Phrased Choreography Line Dance Champion. My line dance journey began in 2004 when some friends took me to The Colorado Cafe in Watchung, NJ—a legendary country bar with a huge wooden dance floor, three bars, and a mechanical bull. (Sadly, it closed in 2017 after nearly 23 years.)

Believe it or not, I was incredibly shy at first and refused to step onto the dance floor for several visits. But once I finally got the courage to join in, I was hooked! I became a regular, spending every free moment on the dance floor. About a year later, I was invited to teach at the Colorado Cafe, where I remained an instructor for 11 wonderful years until its closing.

Since then, I’ve continued teaching at conventions, dance halls, and events up and down the East Coast. Competing in the USLDCC, I placed a total of seven times before taking 1st place at Championships in the Phrased Division.

When I’m not on the dance floor, I work full-time as an Inside Sales Manager at one of New Jersey’s top Managed IT Service Providers. I’m also a licensed Zumba instructor, a living organ donor, and a proud fur-mom to two big pups.

I feel incredibly blessed for the opportunities I’ve had and love sharing my passions with others. If you ever see me in class, don’t be a stranger—come say hello! I can’t wait to dance with you!
